How do I purchase ticket numbers?
Playing our competitions is simple!
- First create an account,
- Then once logged into your account navigate to the competition you wish to enter,
- Select your numbers or use our random number picker, answer the question and proceed to checkout.
How is the winner chosen?
Live Draws
You can tune in to watch all our LIVE draws on our Facebook and TikTok page, where everyone can witness the excitement. We use a random number generator to select the winner. In the event that a competition doesn’t sell out and the generated number remains unsold, we will keep generating new numbers until we find a winner.
Where can I find the ticket numbers I purchased?
When you successfully complete the order by completing the payment;
- You’ll see your ticket numbers on the confirmation page.
- Check your email for a confirmation message sent to the email address linked to your account.
- Log in to your account, visit the ‘My Account,’ page to find your ticket numbers.
Why my order being cancelled?
Your order is set as ‘Cancelled’ when you haven’t finished the payment process or if your payment was unsuccessful. If we don’t receive a successful payment within 15 minutes, orders are automatically cancelled.
When does the draw for a competition happens?
Unless stated differently on a Competition description; The draw for each Competition will take place within 48 hours of the time at which the Competition ends OR after all tickets sell out!
What happens if the prize isn't claimed?
If we are unable to contact a winner within 21 days of a Competition ending and the prize is not claimed within this time, then we reserve the right to re-run the draw and pick a new winner.
What if I've lost my login details?
No need to worry! If you have lost or forgotten your password, just go to the ‘Login’ page and then click ‘reset password / forgot my password’. If you’ve forgotten the email associated with your account, then please do get in touch with us and we will locate and verify your account.
How long do competitions last?
Our Competitions run for a fixed number of days, and the duration of each Competition is specified on our website.
